Who should be on your Patient Pass team?
It’s really about how you run your office.
Your Patient Pass team should include, first and foremost, all members of your staff who need to respond to patient messages.
Next, add in any other staff members who need to be looped into the Team Chat.
Typically, your Patient Pass team consists of administrative staff and not providers. Sometimes, though, a provider will prefer to respond personally to patient calls and texts. If that’s the case in your office, add that provider as a member of your Patent Pass team, too.
